Mary Sikora serves as a Vice President at Gerchen Capital Partners, where she is responsible for identifying and evaluating investments, as well as managing underwriting and due diligence processes.
Before joining GCP, Mary was an Associate at Keller Postman LLC, where she represented groups of plaintiffs in mass torts and class actions. Her experience spanned all stages of litigation, from case evaluation to trial.
Prior to Keller Postman, Mary was an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP, where she represented clients in a variety of complex disputes, including breach of contract, false advertising, trade secrets, and age discrimination cases.
Mary served as a law clerk for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Mary earned her undergraduate degree in English from Harvard College, graduating with honors in her major. She was also captain of the Women's Varsity Rowing Team and made three trips to the NCAA Championships.
Throughout her legal career, Mary has volunteered her time to pro bono matters, including while as an Associate at Williams & Connolly. She was also honored with the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as the Litigation Coordinator of the Criminal Record Expungement Project.
